Truetone D726 Restoration

I restored this Truetone D726 radio back in 2021. The cabinet was in great condition so I just touched it up with some Old English polish and wax. I also replaced the grille cloth with some sourced from Ebay. Unfortunately, the speaker cone was damaged, so I repaired it with some tacky craft glue. The electrical restoration was uneventful and involved replacing all of the leaky paper and electrolytic capacitors and rewiring part of the radio since the cloth covered wiring was disintegrating. I finished by aligning the radio, and now it's a good performer.
